Crash

Throughout the film a lot of different emotions came up, as usually by watching a film. But at some points I felt sad, happy, shocked and shameful. These emotions were produced at big events, such as the moment when the gun was fired towards the little girl, when the young policeman killed the african-american man in his car, when he let the african-american man who'd almost been robbed get away and so on. I guess these emotions were produced due to me not having experience with happenings alike these ones, but I'm still able to somewhat relate to them.

Hemingway

Hello again,

Today I'll be telling you about the well-known journalist and author Hemingway. He lived from 1899, to 1961 and gre up in Oak Park, Chicago, with his 5 other siblings. He's often spoken of as one of the most important writers of the 20th century and most of his works are based on his experience in Europe and Cuba. He took part in a group of writers named the Lost Generation, a group of which rejected what they thought of as an American focus on acquiring possessions.

Hemingway often wrote about real events from his life and we can see a reflection of the term Fact becomes fiction. The term constitute that something of which is fictional is added to something factual or that a fact has simply been changed. However, many people believe that when something has the opportunity to become something fictional it never was a fact. But, Hemingways works are often spoken of as something like this. You could say it was in his writing style. Other than that, his writing consisted of short, simple and readable sentences, but not too simple.

Learning english

In this post I'll be telling you about how I learned english and how others may learn it. In Norway every child begins in a primary school when they are 6 years old and in third grade they begin learning english. Their english language is then developed throughout their whole life, until their death. However, if you don't use and explore this language you won't come any further. Obviously you use it in your daily life, but you should often travel or speak online to foreigners to develop your english. During a period, some years back I often spoke to foreigners in my daily life. Throughout my life my learning methods have changed drastically and currently I'd like to think that I'm in a good situation. Now-a-days almost every human being is expected to speak the english language. Either as their mother tongue, main-, second- or third language. However, not every ones accent are quite as good. The english language varies around the globe and every country has its different way of speaking the language. Therefore you'll have to be able to adjust your hearing while speaking to foreigners. This will help you in a major way for improving your accent and pronunciation.

English in my future

In my last post i told you about my history with the english language. However I will tell about how english will be involved in my future. To be honest I would prefer to study abroad later in my life and hopefully somewhere along the lines of Britain or The United States. I'd like to study a major such as law or economics. I also would enjoy moving to Britain, America or Australia for a period of time in my future or perhaps just move there for the rest of my life. As well as that I'm obviously going to continue expanding my language, listen to english music, read english books and speak the language frequently.

My relationship with the english language

I use the english language in my daily life quite a lot. I consistently listen to music, play games, read something or just observe the english language in some way, shape or form. You could say my life is somewhat wrapped around it. Obviously I've known of the english language most of life, but I believe i begun learning the language in something like second or third grade. Personally I believe I understand the language and use the language quite well myself, but others might not think so. The language comes easily to me and that might be why it takes a great part in my life. There was a period previously in my life were I had a lot of friends from foreign countries. All of those spoke english very well and I immediately felt the need to achieve a higher level of the language myself. As I got older and the more I communicated with them I became much much better. Early in year nine I grew apart from these friends and my english became slightly worse and worse. But somehow I got back on track. All this lead up to today. These days I have a healthy relationship to english and I commonly use it.
